Hey Fiona, I am so glad I got to see your Glog, I would have never thought of creating something like this! Although I am in the secondary BLM and I still found your Glog really cool! And I think that this is a great idea, it made me think more about the different ways that I could use Glogster with Highschool students, as I have mentioned in other places, even though the content I am teaching is much different to the primary and early childhood, the strategies are sometime very similar.
Hi Katelyn, Thanks for the lovely feedback. If you visit the Glogster website, you will see that it is widely used for older students, and there are some fantastic ideas available. I guess I approached this course and the whole idea of ICTs in education as one of those things I 'had' to do along the pathway to my teaching degree. But I have to say that this has been one of my favourite courses so far! I enrolled in 3 courses this term, and while I have enjoyed them all and am glad to have already finished two of them, I wish I'd known how interesting and how much fun these new digital tools we've been learning about were going to be - I might have completed this course on its own just to be able to invest more time in it. However, I can't help but feel that being able to use these tools now will enhance my study and assessments in subsequent courses, as well add an exciting new dimension to future pracs :) Enjoy the rest of the course! Kind regards, Fiona
